  • 2 tablespoons no sugar added ketchup tangy without the carbs you don’t want
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard adds a bit of zing and classic cheeseburger flair
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce brings that savory depth you crave
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt packs some punch without going overboard
  • 4 large eggs the binder holding it all tight
  • ¼ cup heavy cream keeps the casserole rich and smooth
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce optional but dang, does it add some kick
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper fresh cracked if ya got it works best

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble it up.
  • In the same skillet with leftover bacon drippings, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

  • Add diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir until onions are translucent.

  • Stir in cream cheese, no sugar added ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt until cream cheese melts and mixture is combined.

  • In a separate bowl, beat eggs then slowly pour into beef mixture, stirring constantly to avoid scrambling.

  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the top.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until casserole is set and top is golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
