- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- ½ cup diced pickles optional for topping
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley optional for garnish
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in the heavy cream, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Gradually add the mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the skillet, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
Serve hot, topped with diced pickles and chopped parsley if desired.
Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings, such as diced tomatoes or crispy bacon.
For a lighter version, consider using ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
Adjust the level of creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream based on your preferences.
