  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 skillet or frying pan
  • 1 measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste none fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil if needed.
  • Once the pan is hot, add the marinated chicken bites in a single layer. Cook for about 6-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Serve the Lemon Garlic Chicken Bites hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the garlic and lemon juice according to your taste preference.
These chicken bites also work well for meal prep and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
For extra flavor, consider adding some red pepper flakes for heat or a splash of white wine to the marinade.
