- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 piece lemon Juiced and zested.

Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
