Main ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef 85% lean
  • 1 Large onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 4 Chicken hamburger buns toasted
  • 1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

Instructions

  • Heat your pressure cooker’s sauté function and pour in the olive oil. Let it warm up so your onions won’t stick.
  • Add those thinly sliced onions. Stir em around for about 10 minutes until they soften and start turning golden brown.
  • Toss in the minced garlic and cook for another minute. You gotta smell that garlic hitting the hot oil, dang it’s good.
  • Add your ground beef and break it apart with a spatula. Cook till browned and cooked through, usually 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often.
  • Pour in Worcestershire and soy sauces to that sizzling mix. Stir everything real good so it’s all evenly coated.
  • Reduce your heat to low, close the lid with the sealing ring in place, and cook under pressure for 5 minutes. Watch the float valve pop up as it builds steam!
  • After cook time is up, do a natural release for a few minutes to let flavors marry and juices settle. Meanwhile toast your buns on the side.

Notes

Serve the beef mixture hot on toasted buns with melted cheese. Enjoy the rich flavors of the caramelized onions and the juicy beef mix.
