- 1 pound spicy Italian sausage
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the spicy Italian sausage, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Add the cooked sausage to the cheese mixture and stir until fully combined.
Transfer the sausage cheese mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the dip for 15-20 minutes, or until it is hot and bubbly.
If you’d like a browned top, switch the oven to broil for 2-3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Simply reheat it in the oven or microwave before serving.
Feel free to adjust the spice level by using mild sausage or adding extra spices based on your taste preference.
You can also add chopped green onions or jalapeños for an extra kick.
