Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 lbs total.
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup hot honey More or less to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt To taste.
  • pepper To taste.
  • fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the hot honey, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season each side with salt and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the chicken.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Adjust the amount of hot honey based on your desired spice level.
This chicken pairs wonderfully with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
