  • 2 lbs Organic chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsps On Everything All-Purpose Blend or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika optional
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 6 Tbsps Unsalted butter
  • 4 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup Organic raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika for sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Chili powder
  • Pinch Sea salt for sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat chicken breasts dry. Rub with olive oil, then season with On Everything blend, sea salt, and smoked paprika.
  • Place seasoned chicken breasts into the baking dish.
  • In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Whisk in honey, cayenne, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
  • Pour half of the hot honey sauce over chicken. Reserve the rest for after baking.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Baste halfway through with pan juices.
  • Drizzle remaining hot honey sauce on top after baking and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in sealed container in fridge up to 3 days. Reheat gently and drizzle with extra honey sauce for flavor boost. Freeze for up to 3 months if needed.
