These juicy chicken breasts are baked to golden perfection and smothered in a bold hot honey sauce made of butter, garlic, cayenne, and sweet raw honey. A sweet and spicy flavor explosion that’s quick, easy, and guaranteed to be juicy every time.
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat chicken breasts dry. Rub with olive oil, then season with On Everything blend, sea salt, and smoked paprika.
Place seasoned chicken breasts into the baking dish.
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Whisk in honey, cayenne, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
Pour half of the hot honey sauce over chicken. Reserve the rest for after baking.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Baste halfway through with pan juices.
Drizzle remaining hot honey sauce on top after baking and serve immediately.
