  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Hot sauce optional
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 8 ounces Spaghetti or fettuccine
  • Butter, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and parsley for pasta finishing

  • Season the cubed chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika thoroughly.
  • Coat the chicken evenly in flour or cornstarch to prepare for a crispy crust.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden brown for about 6-8 minutes.
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, black pepper, and optional hot sauce in a bowl.
  • Add the fried chicken to the pressure cooker, pour the prepared sauce over it, seal and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • Let the pressure release naturally, ensuring tender chicken.
  • Cook the pasta as per package instructions, drain, then toss with sautéed garlic in butter.
  • Add cream and Parmesan, stirring until the pasta reaches creamy perfection.

Notes

Use fresh parsley to finish the pasta for added freshness. Adjust seasoning according to taste.
