  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 1.5 pounds

  • cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste none fresh parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated.
  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Baste the chicken with the sauce halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice if desired and drizzle with any remaining sauce from the baking dish.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
