Preheat your oven to 400 F.
Remove the skin from the salmon filet and chop it into cubes. Add the salmon chunks to a bowl with avocado oil, honey, sriracha, and soy sauce, and toss to combine.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the salmon to it.
Transfer the baking sheet into the oven and cook the salmon for 10-11 minutes. Then, broil for another 1-2 minutes to get a crunchy top.
Prepare the rice according to the package instructions and set aside.
Blend all the sauce ingredients (cottage cheese, lime juice, sriracha, cumin, onion powder, smoked paprika, and honey) until smooth and creamy.
Prepare the cucumber avocado salad by mixing cucumbers, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and honey in a bowl.
Assemble the salmon bowls with rice, salmon pieces, and cucumber avocado salad. Drizzle with spicy sauce and serve.
