Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your desired doneness.
While the salmon is baking, heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add sesame seeds and toast for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently until golden brown.
Once the salmon is ready, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top before serving.
Serve the salmon with lemon wedges on the side.
