Equipment

  • 1 Pressure cooker

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter creamy
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

Cooking Steps

  • First, pop your pressure cooker on and melt the butter right inside. You gotta wait for it to get all smooth and bubbly.
  • Next, add in the honey, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir it all real good until you see it blend into a golden sauce.
  • Place the chicken breasts right in the pot, laying them flat so they soak up the sauce perfectly.
  • Pour the honey butter sauce over the chicken making sure each piece gets some love.
  • Now, seal up your pressure cooker with the sealing ring in place and lock the lid. Turn the valve to sealing position.
  • Set your cooker to pressure cook on high for about 8 minutes. You’ll hear the valve hiss once it hits pressure build.
  • After the timer goes off, don’t rush. Let it do a natural release for 10 minutes so the chicken gets super tender. Then you can do a slow release to let out any leftover steam before opening.

Notes

Once open, you’ll see that sticky, shiny sauce covering the chicken. Spoon some of it over each plate when you serve. Sprinkle the chopped parsley on top for color and fresh flavor. Heck, your kitchen’s gonna smell so good you’ll wanna eat right away!
