  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

  • Pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or crackers for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using a hand mixer or whisk.
  • Fold in the sour cream, honey (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Gently stir in the cranberries, jalapeños, green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie dish or your chosen serving platter, spreading it evenly to create a smooth top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and the dip to firm up slightly.
  • Serve cold with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

For a milder version, remove the seeds from the jalapeños before chopping.
If you prefer a sweeter dip, increase the amount of honey or use sweetened cranberry sauce.
This dip can also be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to two days before serving.
