Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, onion, egg, breadcrumbs or almond flour, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly using your hands.
Form into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet without overcrowding.
Lightly brush or drizzle olive oil over them for a golden finish.
Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
While baking, prepare the sauce or sides as desired.
Let the pressure cooker naturally release to keep meatballs juicy. Serve with tzatziki.
Notes
For quicker prep, use pre-minced garlic and chopped onions. Serve with tzatziki and enjoy warm. Great for meal prep or family dinners.
