  • 1 lb Ground turkey 93/7 lean preferred
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ Red onion finely chopped
  • 1 Egg used as a binder
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs or almond flour for binding
  • ¼ cup Fresh dill chopped
  • ½ tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for cooking and browning

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, onion, egg, breadcrumbs or almond flour, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly using your hands.
  • Form into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet without overcrowding.
  • Lightly brush or drizzle olive oil over them for a golden finish.
  • Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  • While baking, prepare the sauce or sides as desired.
  • Let the pressure cooker naturally release to keep meatballs juicy. Serve with tzatziki.

Notes

For quicker prep, use pre-minced garlic and chopped onions. Serve with tzatziki and enjoy warm. Great for meal prep or family dinners.
