In a separate mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley (if using), salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
After the chicken bites are fully cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a minute before serving.
Serve the grilled chicken bites on a plate with the creamy garlic sauce on the side for dipping.
