Equipment

  • 1 Grill or grill pan
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Meat thermometer
  • 1 Serving plate

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken pieces, then add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning.
  • Place the seasoned chicken pieces on the grill, making sure to leave space between each piece. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley (if using), salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • After the chicken bites are fully cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a minute before serving.
  • Serve the grilled chicken bites on a plate with the creamy garlic sauce on the side for dipping.
