Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 pounds total.
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste none salt
  • to taste none pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • for garnish none fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the saucepan, whisking until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Steam or boil the broccoli florets for about 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp. Drain and set aside.
  • Slice the grilled chicken breasts and serve them on a plate alongside the broccoli. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce generously over both.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in your favorite marinade for a few hours before grilling.
You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts if preferred.
