Grab your mixing bowl and dump in the Greek yogurt and Jello powder. Mix it till everything is well blended and smooth.
Grease your cheesecake pan with spray or butter so your cake won't stick.
Transfer your smooth mixture right into the greased pan. Spread it out even so it cooks nice and consistent.
Place the pan inside your pressure cooker. Add a little water below the pan.
Secure the lid and set your cooker to high pressure. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, then use quick release.
Pop the cheesecake in the fridge to firm up for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
Serve chilled for a refreshing dessert. Optionally top with fresh berries or a sprinkle of lemon zest for added flavor.
