  • 1 Mixing bowls For wet and dry ingredients
  • 1 Whisk For mixing dry ingredients
  • 1 Baking dish Parchment-lined or greased

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • ½ cup chocolate chopped you want this melted smooth so it blends into your batter
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt Greek style works best for that tender pull and tang
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract just a small splash but it makes flavor pop
  • ½ cup sugar of choice sweet enough but not over the top
  • ¾ cup all purpose flour this holds the brownies together real good
  • ½ cup cocoa powder gives that classic chocolatey taste
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda helps the brownies rise just a bit and stay soft
  • ½ cup milk of choice adds the right fudgy texture to your batter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips of choice fold these in last for gooey pockets of chocolate inside

Instructions

Instructions

  • Step 1. You gotta preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit so it’s ready to go for your baked brownies later on.
  • Step 2. In a mixing bowl, you combine that vanilla yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir it up until it’s smooth and just kinda sweet without lumps.
  • Step 3. Next you add the chopped chocolate that you melted beforehand. Mix it in real good so it’s all combined into a glossy batter.
  • Step 4. Now grab another bowl where you whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. This is your dry mix for all the good chocolate flavor and structure.
  • Step 5. Gradually, you add the dry ingredients to the wet mix, but don’t stir too long. You just want it blended enough so it’s smooth but not tough.
  • Step 6. Pour in the milk and stir it up until your batter looks fudgy but still pourable. If you wanna get fancy, fold in those chocolate chips here for little bursts of melty texture.
  • Step 7. Finally you pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish. Put it in your oven and bake for around 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick poked in the middle comes out clean. Let the brownies cool before slicing into perfect squares.

Notes

The first bite is like a warm hug. The fudgy texture kinda melts in your mouth, chewy but soft at the same time. You catch the rich chocolate and a lil’ hint of tang from the yogurt, which makes it interesting.
Each square you take comes with those melty chocolate chips popping out, giving you sweet pockets of joy. The brownies aren’t cakey or dry, they have this perfect balance that just keeps you reaching for more.
You probably wanna enjoy these with a cold glass of milk or even a cup of black coffee. Either way, these are gonna be your new favorite quick treat made right in your pressure cooker.
