  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped dill
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add feta cheese to the orzo.
