Instructions

Instructions

  • Start by hitting that sauté button on your pressure cooker and pour in the olive oil. Warm it up until it’s shimmering but not smoking.
  • Throw in your diced onion and green bell pepper, sauté for about 5 minutes until they’re softened and smell amazing.
  • Add in the minced garlic, stir it around for just about a minute until you can really smell that garlic awesomeness.
  • Now drop in the ground beef, break it up with your spoon as it browns nice and even all over.
  • Mix in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then lock the lid and set your cooker to high pressure.
  • Cook under pressure for 5 minutes, then do a quick release by carefully opening the valve to let the steam hiss out.
  • Once it’s safe, open up the pot and stir in the cream cheese until it melts and blends super creamy.
  • Toast your hamburger buns separately, then layer provolone on the bottom buns while still hot so it melts just right.
  • Spoon that gooey beef mixture over the cheese, slap the top bun on, and serve it up fast before it disappears.

Notes

Serve warm with cheese just melted and buns toasted perfectly. Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze the beef mixture for up to 3 months.
