Ensure your pressure cooker is clean and ready.
In a large bowl, mix melted butter, golden syrup, and milk until combined.
Sift in plain flour and baking powder. Stir to form a soft, sticky dough.
Divide dough into 10-12 parts. Flatten, place Caramello chocolate inside, and roll to seal.
Grease the cooker pot. Arrange the dumplings inside without overcrowding.
In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in brown sugar, golden syrup, and boiling water until smooth.
Pour hot syrup over dumplings in the cooker gently.
Lock lid, set to high pressure, and cook for 15 minutes.
Use a 10-minute slow release, then quick release the rest. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Serve hot with vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze wrapped. Reheat with splash of water/milk for best texture.
