Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pot to 375°F.
Add frozen pizza rolls in small batches to prevent lowering the oil temp.
Fry pizza rolls for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
Use a slotted spoon to remove and drain rolls on paper towels.
In a bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
Toss fried pizza rolls in garlic butter mixture to coat evenly.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and dry basil on top. Serve warm.
Notes
You can bake the pizza rolls instead of frying, then toss in garlic butter. Air fryer also works well!
