parmesan cheese

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Get your skillet ready.
Cook the ground beef and diced onion on medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add minced garlic and sprinkle in the garlic powder. Stir for just a minute.
Add half the parmesan cheese and all the cheddar. Stir until melted.
Open biscuit dough can and flatten biscuits into circles.
Add beef and cheese mix in the center of each biscuit. Fold and pinch edges.
Brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle with remaining parmesan and parsley.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Notes
Serve warm with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
