  • 1 Oven preheated to 375°F
  • 1 Baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ + 2 tablespoons cups parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • Heat skillet over medium and brown ground beef with onion and garlic until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in parmesan, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and parsley until combined.
  • Separate biscuit dough into pieces and flatten into small circles.
  • Place spoonful of beef-cheese mix in center, pack well but do not overstuff.
  • Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal.
  • Brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle extra parmesan on top.
  • Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  • Cool for a few minutes before serving.
