1 Baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Main ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ + 2 tablespoons cups parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Heat skillet over medium and brown ground beef with onion and garlic until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
Stir in parmesan, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and parsley until combined.
Separate biscuit dough into pieces and flatten into small circles.
Place spoonful of beef-cheese mix in center, pack well but do not overstuff.
Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal.
Brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle extra parmesan on top.
Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Cool for a few minutes before serving.
