Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped Optional for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic mixture.
  • Transfer the shrimp to a greased baking dish. Spread them out in an even layer.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp, ensuring all shrimp are covered.
  • Drizzle lemon juice over the top for added flavor.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • If desired, switch your oven to broil for the last 1-2 minutes to achieve a crispy, golden top.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the shrimp as they can become rubbery.
Serve with crusty bread or over pasta for a complete meal.
You can use frozen shrimp; just ensure they are fully thawed before cooking.
