- 300 grams carrots, sliced About 3 medium carrots.
- 300 grams zucchini, chopped About 2 medium zucchini.

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and chopped zucchini.
