Garlic Butter Steak with Parmesan Alfredo in Your Pressure Cooker

Pat steak dry and season one side with 1 tablespoon steak seasoning.
Heat 2 tablespoon avocado oil in skillet over medium-high heat, add steak seasoned-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until seared. Flip and cook other side to desired doneness.
Remove steak from heat and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
Lower heat to medium; add 3 tablespoon butter and 5 cloves minced garlic, sauté 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and half and half, stirring well. Add remaining steak seasoning and black pepper.
Simmer sauce for 5-7 minutes until it thickens. Meanwhile, cook fettucini noodles as per package instructions and drain.
Slice steak against the grain into thin strips.
Plate noodles, top with steak, drizzle Alfredo sauce over, then sprinkle green onions and garlic on top.
