Garlic Butter Steak with Parmesan Alfredo in Your Pressure Cooker

This recipe transforms tender steak and creamy Parmesan Alfredo into a comforting and flavor-rich dish that feels like dining at a restaurant but with the joy of homemade.

  • 2 lbs steak choose your fave cut: filet, ribeye, sirloin
  • 2 tablespoon Steak seasoning split for seasoning steak and sauce
  • 1 lb dry fettucini noodles for pasta base
  • 4-5 tablespoon avocado oil handles heat well for searing
  • 6 tablespoon butter divided for cooking steak and sauce
  • 10 cloves garlic minced and divided
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream for thickening sauce
  • ¾ cup half and half adds to Alfredo richness
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese fresh grated preferred
  • Green onions diced, for garnish

  • Pat steak dry and season one side with 1 tablespoon steak seasoning.
  • Heat 2 tablespoon avocado oil in skillet over medium-high heat, add steak seasoned-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until seared. Flip and cook other side to desired doneness.
  • Remove steak from heat and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
  • Lower heat to medium; add 3 tablespoon butter and 5 cloves minced garlic, sauté 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and half and half, stirring well. Add remaining steak seasoning and black pepper.
  • Simmer sauce for 5-7 minutes until it thickens. Meanwhile, cook fettucini noodles as per package instructions and drain.
  • Slice steak against the grain into thin strips.
  • Plate noodles, top with steak, drizzle Alfredo sauce over, then sprinkle green onions and garlic on top.
