Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Slice the loaf of bread into bite-sized pieces, being careful not to cut all the way through, so the pieces stay connected at the bottom.
In a mixing bowl, melt the unsalted butter in the microwave or on the stovetop.
Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to the melted butter. Mix well to combine.
Use a basting brush to generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the loaf, making sure to get it into the crevices between the slices as much as possible.
Place the loaf on the prepared baking sheet and cover it loosely with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving. You can use a knife if needed to help pull apart the bites.
