Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef fresh or well thawed
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce your favorite kind
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 small tortillas warm and pliable
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded cheese

Instructions

Instructions

  • Start by melting butter in a skillet over medium heat, then toss in the minced garlic. Sauté just 1-2 minutes until the kitchen fills with that fragrant smell—real tempting already.
  • Add the ground beef right into the skillet, breaking it up and stirring as it browns. Takes about 5-7 minutes till it’s mostly cooked through.
  • Once browned, stir in honey and your BBQ sauce. Mix it well so every bit of beef is covered in that sweet and smoky goodness.
  • Now, gently transfer this beef mixture into your pressure cooker. Seal it up, make sure the sealing ring is set, and set it to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once cooking’s done, time for the natural release. Don’t rush this part! Let the float valve drop on its own to keep all those juices locked in.
  • While the beef rests, warm your tortillas in a skillet or microwave so they’re soft and ready to fold.
  • Open the pressure cooker carefully and give the beef a good stir, checking that rich broth depth from the sauce all mingling together.
  • Assemble your tacos by spooning the beef mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of cheese for that last perfect touch.

Notes

Serve with golden fries or your favorite side for a complete meal.
