Heat the large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt.
Once melted, add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Sprinkle in the onion powder, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook, breaking up the turkey with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
While the turkey is cooking, steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. You can do this in a separate pot or in the microwave.
Once the turkey is browned and the cauliflower is tender, combine them in the skillet. Mix well to incorporate the flavors and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Cook everything together for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for an added burst of flavor.
