  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 pound bowtie pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter divided
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cubed
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
  • Throw in the chicken pieces and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  • Stir in the cooked pasta and the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Toss to combine and heat through, 2-3 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat, then add Velveeta, cream cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Stir until melted and creamy.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
