Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
Throw in the chicken pieces and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
Stir in the cooked pasta and the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Toss to combine and heat through, 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the heat, then add Velveeta, cream cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Stir until melted and creamy.
Serve hot and enjoy.
