1 Tongs
1 Meat thermometer
1 Cutting board
1 Aluminum foil
- 4 pieces ribeye steaks 8 oz each or your preferred cut.
- 4 cloves garlic Minced.
- ½ cup unsalted butter 1 stick.
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste none salt
- to taste none black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika Optional.
- none none lemon wedges For serving.
Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, unsalted butter, chopped parsley, and smoked paprika (if using). Mix well and set aside.
Season the Steaks: Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, then sprinkle generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or grill pan over high heat until it is hot.
Grill the Steaks: Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Turn them over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes for medium-rare doneness. Adjust cooking time according to your desired level of doneness.
Add Garlic Butter: During the last minute of grilling, place a tablespoon of the garlic butter mixture on each steak, allowing it to melt.
Rest the Steaks: Once cooked to your preference, remove the steaks from the grill and tent them with aluminum foil. Let them rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
Serve: Slice the steaks against the grain and serve with additional garlic butter and lemon wedges on the side.
For a more pronounced garlic flavor, feel free to add more minced garlic to the butter mixture.
You can customize the seasoning according to your taste preferences.
