Preheat your oven to 350°F and roast garlic head for about 30 minutes until soft and caramelized.
Peel garlic cloves if not already done, then mash roasted cloves in a bowl.
Mix softened butter, herbs, zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl or pulse together in food processor.
Combine mashed garlic with herb butter until well blended.
Rub or brush garlic herb butter under and over turkey skin generously.
Add broth or water to bottom of pressure cooker for correct liquid depth.
Seal and cook turkey in pressure cooker using natural pressure release after cooking.
Notes
Store leftover baste-covered turkey in the fridge or freezer for quick meals throughout the week. Reheat gently to retain moisture.
