  • 1 ice cube tray or silicone mold
  • 1 freezer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Plain, preferably non-fat or low-fat.
  • ½ cup peanut butter Creamy or crunchy.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional, for sweetness.
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract Optional.
  • pinch salt Optional.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well blended and smooth.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  • Scoop the mixture into an ice cube tray or silicone mold, filling each compartment evenly.
  • Tap the tray gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles and level the mixture.
  • Place the tray in the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.
  • Once frozen, remove the bites from the tray by gently popping them out. If using a silicone mold, this will be easier.
  • Serve immediately or transfer the bites to an airtight container and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Notes

You can mix in ingredients such as mini chocolate chips, dried fruit, or nuts to customize your bites to your liking.
If you prefer a creamier texture, allow the bites to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying.
