In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and ensure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
While the chicken is marinating, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and golden brown. Remove chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it.
Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Then, slowly whisk in the heavy cream, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine the cooked ramen noodles into the skillet and gently toss them with the creamy garlic sauce until they are well coated.
Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with sliced chicken and garnished with chopped green onions. If desired, sprinkle with chili flakes for added spice.
