Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced thin for fast cooking
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions sliced for garnish

Instructions

Instructions

  • Start heating that olive oil in your big ol’ pot over medium heat. When it’s nice and warm, toss in your sliced chicken and brown it up good.
  • Next, stir in the minced garlic and cook it just a minute or so until it smells super fragrant.
  • Pour in your chicken broth, add the soy sauce, and chili paste. Give it all a stir and bring it to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add the ramen noodles right into the pot. Cook them until they’re tender—usually about 4 minutes should do it.
  • After the noodles are perfect, stir in the heavy cream and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Finally, do a quick release to let out the steam and you’re ready to serve. Garnish with those fresh sliced green onions.

Notes

Serve hot and enjoy your spicy, creamy ramen delight!
