Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 whisk or fork
  • 1 set measuring spoons
  • 1 baking dish or shallow dish
  • 1 grill pan or outdoor grill
  • 1 tongs

Ingredients

  • 8 pieces lamb chops About 1 inch thick.
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced.
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary Chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley Chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme Chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 piece lemon Juiced.

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, parsley, thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.
  • Place the lamb chops in a shallow baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure that each chop is well-coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator).
  • Preheat your grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates if using an outdoor grill.
  • Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  • Grill the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer well-done chops. Use tongs to flip them for even cooking.
  • Once cooked, transfer the lamb chops to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
You can adjust the herbs based on your preference; mint or oregano could also work well.
If you prefer, you can also cook these chops in a broiler if you don't have a grill. Just keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
