Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 16 oz
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes Optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  • Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Take each biscuit and flatten it in your palm.
  • Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  • Gather the edges of the biscuit around the cheese, pinching to seal it completely. Roll it into a ball shape.
  • Place the cheese-filled dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
  • Using a pastry brush, brush the garlic butter mixture on top of each garlic cheese bomb.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • Once baked, remove from oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter mixture before serving.

Notes

For a more intense flavor, you can add herbs or extra spices to the garlic butter mixture.
Serve these cheese bombs warm for the best taste.
They can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days but are best enjoyed fresh.
