Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Take each biscuit and flatten it in your palm.
Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
Gather the edges of the biscuit around the cheese, pinching to seal it completely. Roll it into a ball shape.
Place the cheese-filled dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
Using a pastry brush, brush the garlic butter mixture on top of each garlic cheese bomb.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Once baked, remove from oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter mixture before serving.
