Instructions
Heat your pressure cooker on sauté mode and add olive oil. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
Add ground beef, brown it, and drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chilies.
Add cubed potatoes and stir everything nicely.
Seal the cooker, set valve to sealing position, and cook under pressure for 8 minutes.
Release pressure slowly, open lid, and stir. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Use sauté or bake setting to melt cheese for 3-5 minutes.
