Instructions

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit because these bombs actually go in the oven after the pressure cooker part.
  • Get a baking sheet and grease it or line it with parchment paper to keep things tidy.
  • In a bowl, mix marinara sauce, mozzarella, and mini pepperoni. You wanna get 'em well combined so every bite is full of flavor.
  • Open the biscuit dough can and separate each biscuit. Flatten 'em out so you got room for your filling.
  • Put a spoonful of that marinara-cheese-pepperoni mix right in the middle of each biscuit round.
  • Fold each biscuit over and pinch the edges tight so the filling stays inside. No leaking filling means happy eaters.
  • Place each sealed pizza bomb on the baking sheet. Melt butter then stir in garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush this all over the tops.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until they turn that perfect golden brown color.
  • When done, take 'em out and let cool a bit before digging in, that filling gonna be super hot right outta the oven.

Notes

Serve immediately after cooling for 5 minutes for best taste.
