Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit because these bombs actually go in the oven after the pressure cooker part.
Get a baking sheet and grease it or line it with parchment paper to keep things tidy.
In a bowl, mix marinara sauce, mozzarella, and mini pepperoni. You wanna get 'em well combined so every bite is full of flavor.
Open the biscuit dough can and separate each biscuit. Flatten 'em out so you got room for your filling.
Put a spoonful of that marinara-cheese-pepperoni mix right in the middle of each biscuit round.
Fold each biscuit over and pinch the edges tight so the filling stays inside. No leaking filling means happy eaters.
Place each sealed pizza bomb on the baking sheet. Melt butter then stir in garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush this all over the tops.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until they turn that perfect golden brown color.
When done, take 'em out and let cool a bit before digging in, that filling gonna be super hot right outta the oven.
Notes
Serve immediately after cooling for 5 minutes for best taste.
