  • 3 eggs or as per cake mix instructions
  • cup oil or as per cake mix instructions
  • 1 ⅓ cups water
  • 1 can white frosting 16 ounce, store bought or homemade
  • 1 package coconut 14 ounce, shredded or flaked
  • food coloring for fun frosting decorations
  • jelly beans or gumdrops for bunny eyes and nose
  • ½ yard ribbon for final adorable bow
  • cake pans sized for your pressure cooker

  • Preheat the oven as per the cake mix packaging.
  • Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Pour batter into greased cake pans that fit your pressure cooker.
  • Place pans on a rack inside the cooker and add water for broth depth.
  • Set your cooker to high pressure and cook for 25 minutes.
  • Quick release steam and let cakes cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Frost cakes and sprinkle coconut for a furry bunny look.
  • Use food coloring for details and decorate with jelly beans or gumdrops.
  • Tie a ribbon around the cake’s neck for a finishing touch.
