Preheat the oven as per the cake mix packaging.
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water in a large bowl until smooth.
Pour batter into greased cake pans that fit your pressure cooker.
Place pans on a rack inside the cooker and add water for broth depth.
Set your cooker to high pressure and cook for 25 minutes.
Quick release steam and let cakes cool completely on a wire rack.
