Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef to the skillet. Break the meat apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked (about 5-6 minutes).
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture. Cover with a lid and let the cheese melt for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Warm the tortillas in a separate dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side, or until pliable.
  • Remove the beef mixture from heat. Place about ΒΌ of the mixture in the center of each tortilla. Add optional toppings as desired.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling. If desired, wrap the rolled wrap in aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to customize the wraps with other veggies or your favorite cheese for a twist.
Can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to two days; reheat in a skillet before serving.
