  • 1 lb Chicken breast diced
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 Green onions chopped

  • Toss diced chicken with cornstarch in a bowl until coated well.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high, sear chicken until golden brown.
  • Throw in minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about one minute.
  • Mix orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl, pour into skillet with chicken.
  • Bring to a boil then simmer until sauce thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
  • Pour everything into pressure cooker, seal it up and set for quick release. Serve over rice with chopped green onions on top.
