Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
Pour the Parmesan garlic sauce over the chicken evenly.
Add the cream cheese pieces and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot using two forks.
Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot and stir everything together.
