  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter 1 stick.
  • 6-8 pieces pepperoncini peppers Whole.
  • ¼ cup pepperoncini juice

Instructions

  • Begin by seasoning the pork chops lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.

  • Add the stick of unsalted butter on top of the seasoning-covered pork chops.
  • Place the whole pepperoncini peppers on top of the pork chops, and then pour in the pepperoncini juice.
  • Cover the Crock-Pot with its lid and set the cooking time for 6 hours on low. Do not open the lid during cooking time.
  • Once cooked, use tongs to carefully remove the pork chops from the Crock-Pot and place them on a serving platter.
  • Optionally, you can whisk the remaining cooking liquid in the Crock-Pot to create a gravy to serve with the pork chops.

Notes

For a more tender chop, you can cook them for up to 8 hours on low, if needed.
This dish pairs well with mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the delicious gravy.
You can adjust the amount of pepperoncini based on your spice preference.
