Mix leftover mac and cheese with cubed cheddar pieces in a big bowl.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
Crush corn flakes in a third bowl and mix in garlic powder and onion powder.
Form the mixture into small balls, about an inch wide.
Dip each ball into the beaten eggs, then roll in corn flake crumbs until coated.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange balls in a single layer in the basket and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Pre-shredded cheese or pre-crushed cornflakes can be used to save time. Freezing mac and cheese balls before air frying is recommended for perfect texture.
