Meanwhile, in a separate saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Add the cornstarch mixture to the sauce and stir until thickened. Remove from heat.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the crispy chicken pieces with the honey garlic sauce until well coated.
