Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
Remove excess batter and roll the coated cauliflower in breadcrumbs until well covered.
Arrange the florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. If desired, spray lightly with olive oil or drizzle with olive oil for added crispiness.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
