Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat each wing evenly with the seasoning.
Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure there’s some space between each wing for optimal circulation.
Cook the wings in the air fryer for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Check the internal temperature; it should reach at least 165°F (74°C).
While the wings are cooking, heat the Buffalo sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
Once the wings are done, carefully transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the heated Buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
For extra crispiness, you can double the cooking time and cook the wings in batches if your air fryer has a smaller capacity.
Feel free to adjust the amount of Buffalo sauce based on your spice preference.
These wings pair wonderfully with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
